What is the name of that game?

I remember it's got something to do with the main character having either a mop, or a broom... and you have to mop or sweep? It looked really awesome and it was a 2D platformer from the last year or so, or maybe it's not out yet?

No, its not Shovel Knight, though incidentally watching a GameGrumps episode about it was what reminded me of the game I'm looking for. It's also very retro styled like Meatboy, Shovel Knight, Fez, etc.
