Breaker Pro

Hi I have been considering Breaker Pro to run my PS1 backups as an alternative to a modchip (which I can't find any results for anyway) Has anyone used this before? What is its compatibility like are there any games that won't work? What about multi-disc games such as Metal Gear Solid and Final Fantasy VII when you have to switch discs in game? Is there a way to compressed multi-disc games into one iso to fit on a larger cd+r?
