Pokemon and Res Evil vs Mega Man 1, Motocross and Action Man

I want to trade Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time (sealed) and Resident Evil (complete), for Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge (gb), Motocross Maniacs (gb) and Action Man: Search for Base X (gbc) all three loose and in good condition.
I don’t like the two DS games and I don’t collect for this console. On the other hand Mega Man 1 and Motocross Maniacs are on my wishlist.

What do you guys think of this trade, is at least fair? Or should i keep the sealed Pokemon for it's value only?

I think it's not fair for you if you trade both Pokemon and Resident Evil, but it's not fair for the other guy if you just give him Resident Evil.

Mega man is alone more than RE, but those other 2 aren't worth much.

I say you swap pokemon for a different game that is worth slightly less or have him throw in something better. Or you can just go through with it if yoi don't mind a slight loss.

I'm going for the trade. Even tho i'm loosing a little money on the trade, i don't like the two DS games and i'm gaining two games that are on my wishlist.
