Can't Power on Turbo Duo

So, after roughly 10 years of sitting around I decided to break out my Turbo Duo and play some TG 16 games last weekend. I had it turned on for maybe an hour, turned it off and went about my business. I purchased a copy of the Magic Gate/Bonk compilation CD because I had been itching to get back into TG 16 games. I finally got it today, tried to power on my system and nothing happens, I tried multiple outlets but no luck. I did leave it plugged in all week in a surge protector with only my TV plugged with it. The TV is fine. I'm 99.99% sure I turned the Turbo Duo off after I last played it (0.01% that maybe I didn't because I'm getting old).

Anyway, anyone know of any common reasons why this might happen. My security bit got stripped doing maintenance on another old console earlier this week so I can't pop it open to see if there's visual damage of any sort. I've never had any issues with it before but as I said, it has been in retirement for about 10 years before this. Any help/advice would be appreciated.
