Metal Warriors?

Post by MagOps »

What is with this cart? Is it rare? Why is it like 150$ on Ebay? I like Cybernator but what is going on here? lol?

It has shot up like crazy like a lot of the other desirable SNES titles.

Ya just didnt know if there was somthing rare about it. I have a few expensive snes carts in my collection just usually see games like that genre go for alot less.

Is it rare at all? Or just a good game?

It is supposedly good, but not terribly rare. I'd say it is popular and it is suffering from silly inflation like Earthbound and FF 7 have done.

Do you think it will stay up there?

It's because it's 16 MEGS OF AWESOME!!!!!

A snapshot of completed eBay auction shows CIB prices for this game from $150 to $700  The loose cartridge alone is reaching Earthbound like levels of crazy ($100-$150!)

That's just wrong. But sad is the state of affordable SNES collecting these days.

Metal Warriors is a really fun game. My cousin still owns his copy from when we were growing up. The multiplayer is bananas.

At least until SNES fever wears off. Who knows when that will be?

Haha seems alot of the atari stuff has stayed up there over the years. I will try and pick up a copy.

Thanks for the help!

Metal Warriors is pretty good. It's of course like Cybernator, but with some additions to the gameplay which make it feel more action packed. You can leave your mech and walk around, jump into other mechs, explore the levels more, etc.
