Half-Life for dreamcast!!
Hey just wanted to see what you guys think of the half life beta for DC? I love it! Blue Shift runs great, it looks alot better then the original PC version of Half LIfe and i have played through it at least 5 times! but the main half-life game has a very unstable framerate.
Yeah the load times got to me as well. It was a thrill to see it running on the machine though.

That was what stopped me from enjoying it.Adderall wrote:it always feels weird to me with the controller... keyboard and mouse just fit the game better (just my opinion)

The only way to deactivate the ray beam and fight back the vampire alien threat is with a complicated series of foot patterns on the device's control board that looks remarkably like a DDR pad. We will all praise this man for saving our lives and buy him a mountain of stuffed animals.

I didn't mean to sound rude. I just think games like HL, UT, and Q3 on Dreamcast all lost their importance, once even the most meager retail PCs at walmart became strong enough to play all these games smoothly, and they still have active online communities. Very active.Droid party wrote:Well...um...that could work too...I guess.Mozgus wrote:I think I prefer HL1:Source on PC with the third-party upgrades.
