Help With Deleting PC Engine Save Files *fixed*

So my PC Engine Duo finally came in the mail today from Japan, (only took a month and a half) and I tested out the CD drive with my copy of JB Harold's Murder Club. The system booted up properly, but upon loading the game I was greeted with this screen:

After some snooping around online, I found this website dedicated to save files:
http://turbo.mindrec.com/files/gamesave.faq

and they mention that,

When file cabinet is full you get the message "BB RAM" and some Japanese characters.

Does anyone know how to clear the save files on the game? Or is it a different problem?
