Genesis and TV tuner card / DScaler

After a period of running Linux, I recently switched my son's OS back to Windows. He uses his PC as a TV with a TV tuner card, which works well enough for the PS1 and the Saturn and used to work fine for the Genesis (RF adapter) under Linux using the TVtime app, but now we're back using DScaler on Windows, the Genesis looks AWFUL. The saturation / colors are totally wrong, it's very dark - it's unplayable.

Anybody have any suggestions?

I never had a problem with it. Check your settings inside of DScaler--maybe something funky happened, it can be a wonky piece of hardware. Check, too, all your connections, and try going to RCA.
