Disc not spinning im my Saturn

Recently bought Silhouette Mirage but the disc won't spin! Tested other games and all are okay, and Jap of course. Anyone had a similar problem?

put the cd in your pc and see what's on the disc

furthermore, try and see if it'll run in a saturn emulator
