I have a number of game saves saved on the built in memory of my Sega CD ver. 2 and the same saves are copied to my Sega CD RAM cart. I can pull up the memory panel and see all my game saves yet I cannot seem to access any of these saves within the games to which they belong (specifically Sonic CD and Corpse Killer 32X).
Any idea how I can gain access to the game saves or should I just format the memories and start over?
TIA.

Yes, I can enter the memory manager and I can see the game saves on both the Sega CD's resident memory and on the RAM cart. I can plug in Sonic CD and go to the memory manager within the game menu and see the game saves on both the SCD and the RAM cart yet I cannot use the appropriate save off either device to start my game where I left off. By the way, the RAM cart is the Sega brand version so there should be no compatibility issues.
It's literally been years since I last looked at these saves. Perhaps these saves have been corrupted and these corrupt versions have been saved to both devices.
It just occurred to me I could simply wipe the memory of one or the other (the saves are the same on both devices) and then play through a level of one of the affected games and see if that save works or not. I'll try that tonight and see what happens.
