Albums you never get tired of

Post by Lazer »

Are there any records/albums you never get sick of listening to?

I have been listening to "Appetite for Destruction" by G n' R ever since 1987. I was 10 years old at the time. When it came out it was during the height of hair metal/glam rock, and the album and the band just seemed to transcend the genre. The music was better, the band was more raw. I used to listen to it on a Walkman while playing The Legend of Zelda. Those were good times.

Since then I have listened to it at least once a year, and at most twice a month. I often find myself spontaneously singing the tunes. I just do not (cannot?) get tired of this record.

I don't know if it is just that good, or if I have an extreme nostalgia factor involved, or what.

Are there some albums you don't tire of?

All Daft Punk albums. I hope I can add Random Access Memories to this list.
