New Dreamcast blank screen

I bought a brand new in box Dreamcast from Amazon. I used it around 50 hours without a problem. When I turned it in last week after some inactivity, the Dreamcast logo came on the screen but then went to black instead of loading a game. Now when I turn on the Dreamcast, the power light comes on, the fan spins, but the screen stays black. I tried using different cables, but that didn't fix it. I know it's a problem with the console because I used the same cables with a different Dreamcast console and it worked. Any ideas on how to fix this?

When did you buy it exactly? What revision model did it turn out to be (0, 1 or 2)?
Look underneath the unit and look for a circled single digit number on the right corner of the silver sticker.

It's a #2. I bought it around two years ago from Amazon, back when they had new Dreamcasts in stock. I get no video at all. Like I said, I turned it on, saw the swirl logo, and then it went to black. I can't get any audio or video at all.
