Fighting games on PS Vita

Now that Sony is having a Vita anniversary sale, I am wondering which fighting games are worth buying; I will say that SF X Tekken and Mortal Kombat is not on my list.

Between BlazBlue: CS Ext and Ult MvC3, which one would you pick as the best fighting game for Vita?

I don't want too much of a learning curve, and I do want a experience that is very close to the console version.

If you like quirky character designs, get BlazBlue:CS Extend. If you like flashy, multi-hitting super moves, get UMvC3! In other words, both of these games have a feature that makes the game more accessible to casual players with smaller learning curve; BB:CS Extend with the "Stylish Mode" and UMvC3 with the "Simple Mode".
