Do modded Gameboys have that Ghosting Problem?

I've seen a lot of Gameboys modded with a backlight on eBay lately, and I'm curious, do those have that ghosting problem, where the screen goes blurry as you move your character around?

Unless they replaced the screen entirely they'll still have the ghosting problem.

Donkey Kong Land has horrible ghosting *shudder*
