Just ordered and supercard dstwo

So I placed my order with gamekool. Has anyone here used them before and are they a decent place to buy from? My shipping says 10-12 business days so I'm assuming its being sold straight from HK and not stock kept in the US? Also, I'm wondering if just updating my DSi XL will affect any kind of function of the card and does it need to be reflashed?
