Now I am a huge Chun Li fan (so much so I always choose her even though I can't fight with her effectively in both Street Fighter and Marvel VS Capcom) and I am an even bigger Hello Kitty fan (I have a hello kitty version of almost everything...and I mean everything). So when my Husband pulled up a picture of the Street Fighter X Sanrio Fightstick I just about passed out from excitement. And I knew at that moment, like he did, that I NEEDED to own that fightstick.
Like the amazing husband that he is, Jay_Red immediately looked around at what video games/ accessories he could sell to make enough to buy me the stick. (Thank you btw to anyone out there who bought something) And here it is! Just arrived today with its amazingly colorful box art! Although Hubby had already opened it (and even played with it

While there isn't really too much info out there about this stick, which seems strange to us, it really feels amazing. We have been playing with the madcatz SE fightsticks for the past year and there is a wold of difference between them and the Street Fighter X Sanrio stick. Since I was getting a new stick of course Jay_Red had to get a new one too. We are waiting for his Hori RAP VXSA, which will hopefully be here this week.
Trying out the stick I played pretty much all the fighters we have Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom, King of Fighters, tried to play Super Street Fighter 4 (which I've decided I just can't play competitively) and all were really smooth and responsive. Since I wasn't feeling Street Fighter, which is Jay_Red's game right now, he suggested I try Virtua Fighter since they just played that for Sunday Fight Night. Now I don't mean to toot my own horn, but after 15 mins of instruction I was kicking some ass (well for never playing the game before) Tried playing online and won 3 out of 5 rounds. I am very much looking forward to Sunday fight Night and playing with you guys.
