Sending a message should be more than enough, as they'll receive an email notification. Other than that, I can't say there's anything else you could do.

that's only if he set it up that way. I personally have it set to NOT receive email everytime I'm pm'd.

I lost contact with Jeffro11, so I PM'ed him in late December but it's still unopened. And he hasn't logged into RB since last June.

Hey what's the exact option to turn it on, I always had it checked never changed anything but now I'm not getting notifications on pm by email and the settings look good.
