Is that the highest percentage you can get, or is it like SoTN?

I'm pretty sure 100% is the highest you can go. I remember being stuck on 99% for a while and finally finding that one thing I had to do to get 100%.

It's the highest percentage displayed. Technically you don't have to do everything to get it, though.
