PS2 fat disc drive & screws replacement

I've got two fat Ps2 systems and want to swap parts with each other. When i opened up my original unit to check the drive, i accidentally lost all the screws for it. I was just given a new system with a broken laser, and want to possibly swap it's drive with the old one that works. Is there a good guide anywhere to opening up a fat PS2 that details where all of the screws go? It was really confusing the first time remembering where everything went.
