Need help identifying this N64 import game

Found this at goodwill for $4. bought it because it looked cool but i can't play it. i would however like to know its name. Can anyone identify it?

i have considered modding my n64 but for this particular game isn't there a lot of text that i wouldn't be able to read? I thought Mystical Ninja had some rpg elements which would require translation.
