Sega Genesis with Motion Controllers?

I keep seeing this thing sold in drugstores like RiteAid or Walgreens. Has anyone tried one? There's even one that can play original Genesis carts.

Is it a decent product because it looks kind of cheap? And WTF? Motion controls on my Genesis?

Sega's been licensing stuff like this for a long time now.

I just might need this.

EDIT: Apparently these things don't use a Genesis on a chip (shame since most GOAC are good), rather it uses emulation. So this thing is basically a low budget ARM computer with a cheap emulator. Much less interesting for modding and such.

I found some video of the one that plays cartridges and can use original Genesis controller.

A friend of mine bought one of those aftermarket things with 20 games on them. Also had a slot for cartridges. Tried around 10 games on the thing, both Mega Drive and Genesis. Not one game worked. Think twice before you spend your money on that shit...

Family Dollar has one that plays carts and has wireless 6-button style controllers for $40.
There was one released last year (or two years ago) that was an arcade stick that took the SD card too.

Can't say that I have. I think it's been over 10 years from the last time I visited a drugstore, but all they had was medicine, vitamins and prescription drugs.
