Dreamcast battery replacement

Anyone performed one of these? My dreamcast has started resetting the time every power cycle. I've read that you can replace the battery (by soldering, of course) with a standard CR2032 but that the one in the Dreamcast is supposedly a rechargeable battery or somesuch. Anyone know more about this?

You can install some other batteries actually, if you'd like.

I did finde a YouTube video on replacing the battery though

No speakers on this PC, so I can't guarantee it will help.
