Well it's a solid game apparently, but I wanted it to be the swan song of this generation of consoles.

despite my general apathy towards retail titles of late (my last 5 or 6 games have been cheap, digital download games), this sounds interesting from what I've heard. Maybe I'll add it to my Gamefly queue. It's either that or Sleeping Dogs, which just has my interest for its Hong Kong movie theme.

After reading the review on destructoid and seeing that game is only about 8 to 12 hours your post sums up my feelings exactly.
