New fan translation! - SRPG "Energy Breaker"

Released four days ago to no fanfare at all, Energy Breaker is a SNES strategy RPG that is apparently pretty good. Graphics look pretty, translation is great, and there is time travel. There are some bugs, but it's still being updated. If you like weird strategy games like I do you might enjoy it! I haven't played any yet, but I wanted to spread the word. Looks like the editors have gone the extra mile!







I found out about it by chance, actually. It all started with the NEC PC-FX. Wikipedia, go figure...

Graphics look amazing. Definitely looks pretty awesome, I loved Tactics Ogre on the SNES, so I'll have to check this out.

Huh, never heard of this. Seems really awesome though, definitely on my radar now. I see it's by the same devs as the Lufia games and Record of Lodoss War, so that's a very good thing. I see Neverland also did another RPG on SFC called "Chaos Seed", gonna have to look into that as well.

Glad to know they're finally releasing. This fan translation has been on my radar since at least 2010, when I first heard that it was being done. I almost forgot about it.

it is a really fun game! also, dynamic designs is working on the translation for chaos seed, which is another fantastic game that never made it over here

Yeah, makes me wish we got more SRPG's on the SNES. I love the look of them on this hardware.
