Pokemon Red Label

Post by Blu »

Does anyone have a scanned copy of the Pokemon Red cartridge label? TheCoverProject doesn't have one online. Looking to restore a copy of the game with a replacement label. Thanks!

Oh jeez, that's a good photo.

Would anyone from this forum be able to clean it up for me? I'm not a photoshop genie.

This is perfect. I've got it all squared away and it looks great on a label. Thanks fastbilly!

@ fastbilly - Nice label!

@ Blu - You can use shiny transparent non corded packaging (not magic) tape to act as a lamination for the top. Tape is thinner then regular lamination so it would clear the Gameboy slot. For the underside there is double sided tape or non corded carpet tape.

Thanks CRT,

I had on hand some matte adhesive labels that met the dimensions. Looks pretty decent. The label that was on the cart prior was faded and damaged, so I just wanted it to look presentable. I'll definitely use the tape as a laminate for some other carts that weren't printed with matte labels.
