I'm lost as to why we are doing Easter Egg themes...in August.

But i'll bite.

Get yourself a copy of Gunbird and blow up the bunnies with your super turbo power shot (you have to tap shoot it though, not hold). If you time it right, you'll get a technical bonus and an easter egg worth 50K will appear.

Ha ha, best easter egg ever.

In Varth: Operation Thunderstorm, you can destroy a tree to uncover Ryu, doing a shoryuken. If you continue to shoot him as he flies into the air, he will eventually drop you a 1-up. An easter egg that actually helps you!

A very obvious shot out to Psychonauts in Alice Madness Returns

You'll notice also, that the invisible platforms in the game bear a striking resemblance to some of the figments in Psychonauts.

In Dodonpachi Ressurection, there is an alternate path from the midboss to right before the boss in every stage, and in these alternate paths you fight bosses from older DDP games, and while the music does keep the same beat, they add in hints of music frmo their older games too, so each stage has 12 tracks that start similar, but grow in different directions.

This alternate route is required for high-level scoring, but it feels very easter-eggy for those that aren't WR breakers.
