One of the nice things about the PSP is that save files can be accessed via USB - backed up, copied, and yes, traded over the internet! If anyone has a useful or interesting save file to share, please let me know and I'll add it to this list.

Dissidia Final Fantasy - All characters level 100, shop and abilities completely unlocked, roughly 350 hours of playtime. This will be useful if you're starting Dissidia 012.
Ridge Racer - Everything done except the MAX tour. Apparently, only two people on the dev team could beat it after months of effort.
Tactics Ogre - Beginning of the game - first file is vanilla, second file has maxed characters, items and skills. Thanks lindaluv.
WipEout Pure Free DLC - The official site is down, but I had it all on my PSP. Enjoy.
