I forgot how awesome a forum could be. Anyway, I go by the name rbelmont which is based off of Richter Belmont which is, oddly enough, based off of a game that I hadn't played when I made my email address. But whatever.
Anyway, I use to be a big part of the 4colorrebellion forums and did a few articles there as well. Racketboy feels like a very similar community to that.
And to the point of my post, Soma Bringer, worth playing or not? I've been playing some of From the Abyss recently. Despite the shallowness of it, I have enjoyed the game.
So what I ask is Soma Bringer more From the Abyss? Or is it better? Or is it completely different.

4CR? Haven't been there in a long time... Wii controller mock-up days and all.
I heard Soma Bringer is good but haven't played it (damn backlog).

Re: Soma Bringer
Its an ok game. It starts out great but the story trails off and the action gets a bit repetitive. I beat the game once with a Gunner and was doing it with a Kamph and just got bored of it. But Millers is awesome.

I wish it came to the US.

Re: Soma Bringer
I know, DS emulators seem pretty iffy though (unless they've improved a lot since I first tried them out last year or something). But then again maybe you can get that on a flash cart or something, playing it off a real DS and it wouldn't have performance issues?
Re: Soma Bringer
Correct. I use a flash cart for Tales of Innocence and SaGa II.

Re: Soma Bringer
Yeah. If you don't have a flash cart for the DS, which are easy to come by, the DS emulators are just terrible and you'll not enjoy playing at all.MrPopo wrote:Correct. I use a flash cart for Tales of Innocence and SaGa II.
