Metroid Prime Hunters (not first hunt) Demo Prop. of Nin. ??

I found a Metroid Prime Hunters DS game. It is not the First Hunt game. It does not say Not for resale on the front but on the back is a sticker that says: Not for resale, Demo GPK Only, and Property of Nintendo. I was curious if this is rare or am I hoop dreaming. Thanks for any help.

My first assumption would be that it is one of the demo carts that they would have had on display in a store such as Game Stop, Best Buy, Wal-Mart etc... Is it in fact the full game? I wouldnt bank on it being a super rare gem or anything, but still cool to have in your collection.
