Yeah, that game is surprisingly fun. We actually played it for way longer than what you see in the video. I'd highly recommend it for anybody who imports wacky Japanese games.
And yes, the 5200 controller is just the obvious choice for a Trophy of Shame. Hell, I could even do the 7800 and Jaguar controllers for different reasons.
