Eight Racing games that time and most gamers have forgotten. What would you like to see in Part 3 & 4?

both were PS1. Though the MM game wasn't released in the US until it made its way onto the Mega Man X Collection (PS2, GCN).

Nice series you got there so far -- thank you for including Stunts in Part 1. Since I see you will cover early DOS racing games, I have some here that are really good -

Hi-Octane (DOS) by Bullfrog Productions
Lotus: The Ultimate Challenge (DOS) by Gremlin (also received a Genesis port under Lotus II)
Moto Racer (Windows) by EA

and one for the SNES

Battle Cars by Namco

Perhaps you could check those out.

I remember Hi-Octane... Gonna have to hunt down a copy. Also Moto Racer for the PC was super smooth frame rate and a lot of fun. Love that game. As for Lotus & Battle Cars... those will have to go on the list to check out as we.. Thanks for the suggestions!

Moto Racer and Moto Racer 2 are amazing but very few seem to remember them. Cast me as another vote for that series.

Yes! Downhill Domination! After my friend and I started riding bikes we looked for a cooldown game to play when we got done. I picked up Downhill Domination for $ 0.97 and could not have been more surprised. SO good!

Is the Trackmania series forgotten enough to include?

Racer Revenge is a pod racing game on the PS2 that's pretty cool. If you change the controls in the settings to the advanced setting you control them by using the analog sticks to control the thrust of each engine. Just like in real life!

I also have kind of a love/hate relationship with RC Revenge Pro but I don't know if it's forgotten or even just hated...

Well good. Because it shouldn't be!

I guess I just never really hear anyone talk about them.
