Backloggery signature help

Hey everyone, I've been trying to get my backloggery signature in, well, my signature, but I keep getting an error saying "It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image". I've noticed some other peeps around here have backloggery signatures, so I was hoping one of you guys would be able to help me out.

Am I missing something? I've searched around for an answer and can't seem to find anything that I'm doing wrong.
