I remember playing this game all the time. Still do.
Whenever Player one would die and have no more continues, you can jump over to player two and continue playing.
This game is also available on the PS2 In the Taito legends 2 game.
I beleive you get unlimited continues on that one.

Ahh, right. I always forget to mention the other ports. Maybe that'll be something I put in the description box. I never find an appropriate place in the review to mention that kind of stuff, so I typically forget about it all together.
Thanks!! I still plan on making more content in the near future. Almost done beating Mega Man Legends, so that's on target next.
