How do you set up profiles in XPadder?

I figured out how to set up my PS2 stick with XPadder, but how do I make new profiles for it? Little help?

There should be a drop down on the right that you click on and then click new profile. I can look at it in the morning if that's doesn't help.

The layout is only minimally different in the most recent free version, from memory the two menus are side to side instead of top to bottom as they are in the version covered in the guide.
