Glad to see someone else likes the Quantum Pad! I mainly use it for the Auto Fire capabilty, a nice feature.

I thought it was terrible as you couldn't actually assign the six face buttons to be standard Capcom-style 3 punches and 3 kicks which pretty much defeated the purpose of a six button controller for fighting games.

Yes, but instead the extra buttons have a better purpose. Would you rather have another type of kick assigned to a button, or a 50 button combo assigned to a button? I know what I would want.noiseredux wrote:I thought it was terrible as you couldn't actually assign the six face buttons to be standard Capcom-style 3 punches and 3 kicks which pretty much defeated the purpose of a six button controller for fighting games.

I would not want to assign a combo to a single button, as that would suck the fun out of the game for me.pankakes123 wrote: Yes, but instead the extra buttons have a better purpose. Fair enough, but I have to disagree.noiseredux wrote:I would not want to assign a combo to a single button, as that would suck the fun out of the game for me.pankakes123 wrote: Yes, but instead the extra buttons have a better purpose.
