Here is something that i didn know the first time i played it..you can buy more attack moves in the antique shop(the one where you get the sword handguard). Just thougt i´d share that info

yeah that one got me stuck for some time...there are 2 ways to find sailors either try your luck at bar MJQ where you meet 2 sailors..and they will talk if you manage to sink the ball in a game of billiard..however ive never made that shot and if you miss it you cant retry it.

The other way and more possible way is to go to the alley near the motorcyle shop..if you got there during daytime a guy tells you too leave (wich is the main reason this bit confused me) go after 7 and then you can get to a bar with sailors...kinda nice atb sequence.
