PC Decrapifier is good for a new computer's pre-installed bloatware (but then again, so is Revo Uninstaller -- good program). I also recommend CCleaner and Spybot, and even Malwarebytes.

I've never had a virus on my current PC. I stay away from shady downloads and porn sites.
