How To Capture Emulator Video & Audio?

I can't seem to find any good software that I can use to screen cap me playing games on emulators. I need it to be HD with no watermarks and it has to capture the game's audio. Anyone know of anything I can use?

I'd like to record my speed runs of SNES games. I'm using ZSNES.

I can't go to Movie Options in ZSNES. It's not even clickable for me.

When I was making walkthrough videos for Little Magic (SFC game) I ended up using SNES9x, it was just easier to capture the video with.

I got it working on ZSNES. Is there any way to record it in at least 480p? The highest res I get is 256x244 which is only 240p.

For emulators that don't have a built-in record function, there's always FRAPS. You must use the premium version to get rid of the watermark, and there's probably some other restrictions with the free version too.

Does changing the video config help? Try 640x480 DR F
