Pc - Dc Server

I cant remeber where i heard about this. It may have been from here. About how to hook up a dreamcast to a PC in order to bypass not having the broadband adapter. I have this link:

As you can see it is dead. which really made me mad. Does anyone know of a mirror or other tut for this same thing?
