Knights of the Old Republic with just a mouse?

So I was reading somewhere that it is actually possible to play KOTOR with just a simple mouse. Not even a gaming one just a regular two button mouse. I've played some of it so far and it's doable but has anyone went from start to finish like that?

You can turn with just the mouse so if you tie foward to a mouse button, it's doable. (I actually know some people who do this, for some reason)

Yep very easy to do.

Actually I don't even think you need to do that much. Since if you just click and hold down the button in the normal game screen your character will move forward. Then one other button can be tied to pause so you're ready to pause the game when you see an enemy and click all the attack options you want.

I recently bought the Mac version which was defaulted to mouse. I bought a gamepad to play it just 2 minutes later

It spoke to me! Just sat there in the App Store calling my name. I loved the Xbox version and played it to death, when I saw it on the Mac I couldn't help myself.
