TMNT Tournament Fighters

Post by ElkinFencer10 »

Which version is best? I'm assuming that the NES version isn't the best, but since I've never played that, the SNES version, or the Genesis version, I really don't know. I'd like to get all three eventually, but of the three, which one is generally considered to be the best?

I only own it on the SNES, but I love it. It's a great, relatively unknown fighter. Glad to see someone else feels the same way!

I've played the SNES one. It was very good, never played the Genesis one though.

If you can see the future while remembering the past, you may just have control of the present.

The NES version commands the highest price, but I have to say that it should only be of interest to collectors. It's got horrible play value. Anything that makes for a good fighter - solid controls, fair difficulty, distinctive character design - is decidedly missing.

yep, the SNES is the best version out of the three. The genesis is a completely different game.

Gah, why do people still do white text against black backgrounds? I wanted to read that page, but could not stand it at all! I can hardly see the screen right now to type this!

Well, because of the collector value, I want the NES version, but I definitely want at least one of the two others.

I got more out of the snes game. Its easier and i suck at fighting games. I can barely beat the first few opponents on the easiest difficulty on the genesis version. Memorizing combos interests me 0%.
