Crimson Dragon (Panzer Dragoon Successor) Unveiled

Post by Flak Beard »

Formerly known as "Project Draco", the game has been officially named. It is certainly looking nice, but I wonder how the Kinect controls will handle. Regardless, I never thought we'd see a Panzer Dragoon game this generation... even if they aren't officially calling it a sequel. Looks like it will be an XBLA exclusive as well.

The art direction is simply stunning.

If this had nothing to do with Kinect, I'd be weeping with joy....instead of weeping with sadness

I really wish there was an option to play with a controller...

Sorry Microsoft, it's gonna take more than 3 good games to get me to buy a Kinect.

Though, when it comes time to replace my Xbox late this year, I'll probably look for a Kinect bundle.

Panzer Dragoon was an on rails shooter....why would anything related to it need motion controls especially on the Kinect? I could almost see having the option of using something to make it more light gun like but this needs to be with a controller.

There's still a chance normal controls will be included. Look at Child of Eden, it was said to be Kinect only upon debut but included controller support in the end.
