For those who don't know (probably most of you), the Strong Museum of Play is located in Rochester, NY. I went there today after hearing that they have a new exhibit about video game history. The exhibit featured a timeline of the evolution of video games complete with mostly mint condition consoles, games, and accessories. There were a few systems hooked up that anyone could play on, as well as 20+ arcade machines. I was really impressed with the condition of the machines, even though the selection was not the greatest. The arcade machines weren't free to play, they all cost 1 token to play. However, the tokens were 6 for a dollar, so I can't really complain.
Slightly hidden away from the main exhibit, I was surprised to find one a gray NWC.
Anyways, it is definitely worth checking out when/if you're in the area even though the rest of the museum is very geared towards kids.

Videotopia, a traveling arcade so to speak, was at this museum a few years ago when I was doing a lot of work in Rochester. I didn't know about the video game exhibit though. Unfortunately, I was always too busy to check the museum out so I missed out on Videotopia. Seems like a cool place to visit though, perhaps I will end up going there anyway to check out the exhibit. Thanks for the info.

I only took a pic of the NWC. I'll post it later.
