I wonder, how would I get an arcade cab here in Spain?

Post by Erik_Twice »

I'm seriously thinking about getting an OutRun or Berzerk cab for my room, which would require impossible amounts of negotiation with my very unwilling parents. But alas, it doesn't make sense to negotiate if I don't even know where to get a cab!

Apparently you are required to donate or be invited if you want to post in KLOV so it's kind of a bummer. I know a couple of members are from Europe and they could lend me a hand but meh. What other sites would be good to ask around and see what is being sold?

Being realistic, I should just get myself a new graphics card for my PC and fuck all this arcade shit

I can recommend/invite you on KLOV if you want. Whatever the process is. I don't post there much anymore and was unaware they had this new policy actually.

That would be great! :)

I registered in already as General_Norris, I read you have to send them a message so they let me in.

To be a member, do you have to own an Arcade cab? I only have an Arcade Zaxxon Controller Panel and a Dragons Lair Laser Disc and interested in joining.

@ General_Norris - Maybe a Mame Arcade Cab route?

Considering General_Norris doesn't own a cab, I don't think that's a requirement.

Arcade Otaku has members mostly from EU, but they focus on Japanese style cabinets.

Hey, but if I get triplehead running I can play Darius II again, doesn't that automatically forgive me?

I actually considered a MAME or Jamma cab but given the huge cost, I would simply get a better stick and play on my PC. Jamma is probably worth it to many people but my favourite games aren't on it.
