Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops Deluxe Pack

Is there any way to tell whether you're getting the standalone pack or the Deluxe (with the original Portable Ops) from the box art? I see some listings on Ebay, but the box art looks exactly the same. The Deluxe pack was released in the US, right?

It only came out in Japan.

Ah, I was confused by Wikipedia's wording:
In Japan, Portable Ops Plus was released on September 20, 2007 in two formats: the expansion on its own and as a deluxe package that includes the original game and the expansion. It was later released in North America on November 13, 2007
