Hey Sega guys, got a question for anyone that knows the answer. I've been searching online but cannot find what I'm looking for.
Late in the Saturn life cycle, Sega made a deal for 3 free games with a Saturn purchase. The games all came in one box, and were full versions, + 2 bonus demo disks. The games were in the cardboard sleeves, with black and white full size manuals for each. The 3 games are: Virtua Fighter 2, Daytona USA, and Virtua Cop. The demos were Nights into dreams, and a random sampler disc.
All of the packaging says not for resale, each disc sleeve says not for resale and each CD says it on the front as well.
I found a sealed copy of this at Goodwill today and I opened it up to take a look. Inside are the games listed above, but in the Virtua Cop sleeve, is actually Virtua Cop 2. It says not for resale on it.
Does anyone else who has this set have the same discs? Can anyone confirm that they all have Virtua Cop 2 instead of 1? Did I stumble on something of a rarity? Let me know Sega guys.

Re: 3 free games with Saturn question
does it look like the one in this auction:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/SEGA-SATURN-Vir ... 3f0c34a361
it may have been put in the wrong sleeve by someone who had both somewhere in the past...do you know if it was a factory seal? I suppose someone at the factory could make the mistake, too...

Re: 3 free games with Saturn question
Oddly enough, I have this 3-pack still sealed as well. Picked it up at a video rental store a long long time ago (I think for $0.99 cents). I didn't even have a Saturn but I held onto it (I do now).

It's hard to tell from those pics, but I think my disc looks the same as that one, except mine says "not for resale." And the sleeve mine came in is definitely Virtua Cop 1.

- It's this exact package, but my disc is Virtua Cop 2.

Yeah, I have that same package with all of that stuff...if your disc is VC2 "Not for Resale" copy my guess is that it was accidentally put in there instead of VC1 - perhaps even at the factory. "Not for Resale" versions of both exist.
It strikes me as more of an anomaly rather than some rare find, though.
