UMVC3 Need help playing as Jill

Hey there, I am trying to do a Wesker/Chris/Jill build, I'm having the most trouble using her as I know that she's an expert character. but can I get some pointers? What's a good way to set up combos? What are good techniques to counter with her? Set up the combos? Thanks for reading.
