Need help remembering the name of a beat 'em up

There are only 2 things I remember about playing this game as a kid.

1. One of the enemy designs is a woman who swings her pink/red purse at you.

2. I'm almost certain it was on the NES or TG-16.

Any help would be much appreciated.
