Smart Balance Milk: Full of Omega-3 or full of crap?
Along with the egg conversation I have brought up earlier, I'm trying to change my diet around eat healthier. My favorite food group has also been dairy and I went to the store and noticed they made a smart balance milk, I know it's been out for a while but it started to make me think.
What's the difference between this and buying your typical state brand milk? I'm guessing they're just taking advantage of their brand name.
Well anyways, I hope to hear from the rest of you.

Talked with a doctor just now, says there's too many variables but should stick to the most nutritious one.
He also believes that whole milk is better than skim because whole milk is more natural and his philosophy is always to stick with the most natural.

A nutritional forum might be more your speed. The only thing I know about food is to not eat the rotten meat in Castlevania.

I don't drink milk because it tastes yucky. The only time I ever wanna drink the stuff is when I eat some cookies.

That's funny, because I don't drink water because it tastes yucky. So I'll trade you all my water and you can give me all your milk.Betamax001 wrote:I don't drink milk because it tastes yucky. The only time I ever wanna drink the stuff is when I eat some cookies.

I stay away from milk more often than not thesedays since I'm pretty sure I am somewhat lactose intolerant.
My mom gets crazy sometimes and buys us soy milk or almond milk. Almond milk actually isn't that bad as in after a bowl of cereal I don't feel sick to my stomach like I do with a normal bowl of cereal sometimes, though the taste is still pretty weird, it's much thicker than normal milk.
