I don't think so since Nintendo updates their firmware to block out flash carts.

I recall reading that there is at least one flash adaptor that works on 3DS already, but it is pricier than other cards. You'd also have to be really careful about firmware updates and not do any before the card firmware is updated to get around any new protection -- DSi card users already have to do this.

A good place to look for info about DS cards is www.gbatemp.net

Pretty much any DSi flashcart works as long it's updated. When Ninty bring out a new firmware version it usually takes a day or so for the flashcard manufacturers to bring out a firmware update for their card that fixes the block. Because of the flaw in security in the DS and DSi Nintendo can never fully patch it, so all they do is blacklist the cards, then the flashcart manufacturers patch it into working again. It's trivial.

As stated above, check GBATEMP.NET for latest news on what cards work etc. I highly recommend the Acekard 2i.
